Today’s Workout! 1/16/11
I couldn’t get to the gym because of studying and work so I just worked out in my room :)
20 minutes of cardio (jumping jacks, shadow boxing, dancing, anything that will get your heart rate up)
20 push ups
20 chair dips
40 bicep curls
40 squats
40 lunges
80 sit ups
(1 set of 20 to the front, 1 set of 20 to the side, 1 set of 20 to the other side, and another set of 20 to the front)
Today’s Workout! 12/26/11
Today was legs day :)
I started with 5 minutes on the elliptical.
Then I headed to the weights.
Seated Leg Press: 90x12 90x12 110x12
Leg Press: 120x12 120x12 140x12
Leg Extension: 70x12 70x12 70x12
Glute: Left leg: 70x12 70x12 70x9
Right leg: 70x12 70x12 70x12
Calf: 90x24 110x20 110x20
Hip Abduction: 85x12 85x12 100x12
85x12 85x12 100x12
Then I ended my workout with walking on the treadmill on an incline for 20 minutes.
Overall it was good workout. My legs were burning during it. But it was a good burn ;) & I could barely walk down the stairs when walking to the locker room. Woohoo :)
