It is so hard when going away to college but I am determined to do it. I am going to start logging in what I eat every single day on here so that I can keep myself on track :)
It’s the worst thing when something feels out of your control. You can’t control it. You can only control your feelings. Just gotta stay positive. Always.

I have been cleaning and getting ready for Thanksgiving with my mom and honestly it has been such a good workout! I have been going up and down the stairs multiple times. I’ve been running around the house and pushing this heavy vacuum around. I am helping out my mom which is making her happy and I am also making my body happy :)
