You know what guys. Break ups really suck, but they are also good. I am having a new start and it is going to start with getting myself in the best shape I have ever been in and focusing on myself. I haven’t been single for a very long time and this might be good. I can focus on only my life and a big part of my life is fitness and health. Instead stressing over my boyfriend I can be focusing on cooking a new recipe for me or kicking butt at the gym. Plus I wanna be the hot girlfriend that he is gonna wish he never lost ;)

Its hard to walk up and downstairs haha. Atleast I know I had a good workout yesterday. It is abs/back day today :)
Its officially 2 months until college orientation!! This means it is time to get into the best shape I can be :) (well im in good shape now but time to get in even better shape!)
