Well guys
Its officially 2 months until college orientation!! This means it is time to get into the best shape I can be :) (well im in good shape now but time to get in even better shape!)

Ah it was so great :) You have to see the gym and all of the weights they have. Also, in the food area they had so many healthy options. So excited for next year!! :)
Arm exercises?
I have a question for you guys. I am so sick of having weak arms! I embarrased myself at work today because I couldn’t carry something. Though I don’t think anyone saw! Haha. Anyway I was wondering what are some of your at home arm exercises?
So it’s been 2 weeks without sugary snacks/desserts
And I feel great! :) I also feel a lot healthier too. I noticed my skin isn’t as red. Maybe the sugar had to do with the inflamation on my face? Hmm either why I am going to keep this up :)
