I am almost done with my first year of college and all I can say is I am so excited for this fresh start in the summer to get back into my healthy lifestyle. I continued it into the school year but sometimes I would be too busy to work out or it would be too cold to walk from my dorm to the gym. Now that I am home again I can drive to the gym and make myself healthy meals in my kitchen. I am so excited for this fresh start :)
I love knowing I did a good job :) And yes I am working out on Thirsty Thursday. Why go out all three days when you can spend atleast one night working on your fitness? :)
I’m starting to get sick with a cold and I move in to college soon. Any tips for getting over a cold fast?
