Lunch 5/29/12
A big yummy bowl of healthy vegetable soup from Whole Foods and some organic strawberries & blueberries.
With off course a glass of water. Yum I am in heaven right now :)
Really Needing to Get Back on Track
I have not been to the gym in a while and I am not proud of that at all! I have been doing exercises at home and running outside, but I miss weightlifting at the gym!
Also, I decided to not be a vegetarian anymore so now I am looking for new recipes that include lean meats, but off course since I was a vegetarian for so long I fell in love with vegetables and that love is not going away anytime soon :)
Yay Good Day So Far!
I ate a really good healthy quiche for lunch with a salad & I just got home from visiting the college I am going to be going too to buy a sweatshirt and shirts! :)
I am so excited for college!! :)
A New Start
You know what guys. Break ups really suck, but they are also good. I am having a new start and it is going to start with getting myself in the best shape I have ever been in and focusing on myself. I haven’t been single for a very long time and this might be good. I can focus on only my life and a big part of my life is fitness and health. Instead stressing over my boyfriend I can be focusing on cooking a new recipe for me or kicking butt at the gym. Plus I wanna be the hot girlfriend that he is gonna wish he never lost ;)
