So I did this really quick arm workout (5 minutes) because I wasn’t feeling that motivated today. I thought it wasn’t going to be bad but my arms were dying at the end!! You gotta check this out!

I was bored while waiting to go to my grandparents house so what did I do? Crunches while I waited. Even on a busy days it’s possible to sneak some workout in
Snack 6.12.14 a salad with goat cheese, cranberries, and pecans from whole foods. Yum
- Avoid sugary treats today (I want to see how my body will feel if I don’t eat sweets for a week)
- Read a chapter of my book
- Apply to the job I’ve been wanting to apply too
- Try out a new recipe
- Go to the gym this afternoon
My dinner tonight was vegetable stir fry. Nom Nom so good :)
I spent two weeks in Europe and lemme tell you. It is so hard to eat healthy when you are surrounded by delicious bread and pastas! So now that I’m back I am ready to get back on track. The gym and healthy foods better be ready for me :)
