I want to be an inspiration.
I want to look back on my life and say yeah I did that. I ran that marathon. I can lift that much weight. I conquered all these things. I did that.
It will happen.
50 Day Challenge, Day 6 & 7: Do you count calories? Why or why not? & What is your ultimate fitness goal?
- I don’t count calories. I did for a tiny bit using an app for my phone, but I decided it was too time consuming and I switched my mindset for eating. As long as it is healthy I am happy putting it in my body and so far I have been happy thinking this way :)
- Probably to be able to do 50 push ups without stopping and to run a marathon! :)
50 Day Challenge! Day 1: What do you wish to accomplish throughout the next 50 days?
- Stronger stomach and arms! :))
- A more positive mindset
- To work out 4 times a week
- A healthier, happier, fitter, and better version of me :)
February Goals!
Woo I always get excited for the beginning of each month for this reason. This month I plan to revisit my goals at the end of the month :)
Goals:
- Improve my stamina with running
- Do yoga every morning or night
- Strengthen my arms (I am so sick of having such weak arms!)
- Eat more veggies
- Improve relationships with my family, friends, and boyfriend
- Do not let senioritis get to me even though I know I am going to want to slack off
- Read more books
- Be a more positive person (less complaining more happiness!)
I have a feeling it’s gonna be a good month. Let’s do this! :)
December Goals!
- Eat less sugary foods! (This is gonna be hard during the holidays, but it is going to happen)
- Drink more water
- Go to the gym as often as I can during the week (the cold or weather is NOT going to be an excuse to not go!)
- Work on my arms! No more noodle arms :)
- Bring up my English grade. Senioritis has to stop! I have to focus more on the Odyssey.
- Have one day a week to relax, stretch, take a bath, paint my nails, and have a me day.
- Read a good book. Gotta exercise the mind too ;)
- Be positive!
October
This October is going to be all about getting stronger.
No more slacking off. I will find time to work out even if it can only be for 15 minutes. I just need to start prioritizing more & no procrastinating! I have the healthy eating down and now all I need to do is to get to gym every single day.
I will & It will be so worth it.
