I am sick of studying and want to answer some of your questions. Ask me anything from fitness and health related stuff to what I ate for lunch.
Healthy eating and exercising is going to be what gets me through this stressful week full of tests and presentations. Then the week after is finals. I need to stay on top of things. I need to stay feeling good. When I focus on studying I lack in other parts of my life. Life is all about balance.
Today marks the day. Going to make a change
I have been cleaning and getting ready for Thanksgiving with my mom and honestly it has been such a good workout! I have been going up and down the stairs multiple times. I’ve been running around the house and pushing this heavy vacuum around. I am helping out my mom which is making her happy and I am also making my body happy :)
Yay for pre-Thanksgiving activities!
Sometimes pushing yourself out of your comfort zone can hurt and sometimes it can be scary.
In the end it can only make you stronger and you will be proud of yourself in the end.

I am going to do this.
Gym on Monday and Wednesday.
Dance practice on Tuesday and Thursday as my cardio.
Gym on Saturday.
Dance practice on Sunday as my cardio.
**Eat as clean as possible. No soda or sweet drinks. Don’t eat as many sweets! Make sure getting enough calcium.**
Keeping a positive attitude and staying on top of school work. I am determined :)
This could be for a multitude of a reasons. I am picking myself back up and starting up again. No need to dwell on the past. It is time to move forward and focus on my goals.
Going to do some cardio and maybe lift some weights.
I had a healthy lunch today of a grilled chicken wrap and fruit on the side.
It was delish.
I hope you all have had a chance to head out to the gym or have had a chance to get active :)
My legs feel like jello but in a great way :)
Now I am having a post workout snack of tuna with cranberries and ginger and a bunch of other yummy healthy things.
Nothing like a good work out to put you in a better mood.
