So followers I decided I am going to share with you what I am giving up for lent. I am giving up all sugary desserts. Whenever I eat them it affects my skin and my health so negatively. It is going to be hard because I sometimes have sugar cravings and want chocolate so bad, but I know this is going to be worth it. My body and skin will thank me. I’ll keep you updated on my journey
My journey to become more flexible has become a success so far. I almost have my right split done. Yay :)
It is so hard when going away to college but I am determined to do it. I am going to start logging in what I eat every single day on here so that I can keep myself on track :)

This is the workout I did today! My legs were practically shaking after and I felt great. Try it out. I played some pump up music and did the workouts in my room :)
My dinner for tonight:
- Veggie burger
- Mixed Greens Salad :)
Just started my day off with a 2.5 mile run. Feeling good :)
My exercise for today was taking my dog for a nice long walk. My dog loved it and I loved seeing all of the houses decorated as I power walked. We can get our exercise in so many different forms. You always have to remember to keep it fun.
Breakfast! I had two hard boiled eggs and a side of fruit (not shown in picture) with a huge glass of water. Starting my day off healthy always makes me feel amazing 😊
This is the arm workout that I did today. You guys have to try it. My arms felt like they were on fire!! I am going to be sore tomorrow :)
