Today’s Goals:

- Avoid sugary treats today (I want to see how my body will feel if I don’t eat sweets for a week) 

- Read a chapter of my book

- Apply to the job I’ve been wanting to apply too

- Try out a new recipe

Soo I was standing in my kitchen thinking about how my legs were really sore and I didn’t feel like doing a full workout so I grabbed some heavy cans and started doing an arm exercise. I used them as if they were weights. I then did some chair dips. Sometimes you gotta get crafty and fun with your workouts to motivate yourself
