Yes even though it is soo cold outside that isn’t gonna stop me! I need my rush of endorphins & exercise :)
I’m about to eat the best salad ever. It has walnuts, cranberries, and plenty of lettuce. Yum :) I’m hoping to be able to work out tonight, but teachers have been piling up the homework. I know it’s so worth it to just take 30 minutes out of the day to exercise so I’m might end up working out :) See ya!
Sorry for the lack of posts today. It was my last high school dance since i’m a senior. It was blacklight themed :) Gosh I don’t even know how many calories I lost from dancing and sweating. Dancing is definitely a fun way to exercise :)
