Healthy eating and exercising is going to be what gets me through this stressful week full of tests and presentations. Then the week after is finals. I need to stay on top of things. I need to stay feeling good. When I focus on studying I lack in other parts of my life. Life is all about balance.

I did almost an hour of cardio and then some ab exercises. I used the stretching machines afterwards and I am feeling good. I love endorphins :)
Hopefully this got my blood pumping and I can study even better for my finals.

I was really lazy in bed this morning and I didn’t want to get out of bed. So I decided to do a work out while in my bed :) It consisted of crunches and other exercises. I felt great and it was a great start to my day.

Work hard to day and strive for the best. I know you can. You have it in you. Exercise and eat well. You will feel so great at the end of the day :)

Heading off to work now and then going to gym later.
I have a headache but that isn’t stopping from lifting and getting some cardio in.
That shouldn’t stop you either. Go exercise!!
