Question

I’m thinking about writing a plan of what exactly I’m going to eat tomorrow. I want to see if it will help me stay on track and eat really healthy since the last few days have not been great. Do you plan your meals the day before? Do you find it helpful?

  2. ochibiotaku answered: sometimes i do especially if i have a calorie limit. i think it’s quite helpful :)
  3. rock-the-boat answered: I try to plan mine the night before. I change it up sometimes during the day, but it gives me base to work with and to look forward to :)
  4. whoisjarquin answered: I find that tracking my meals is very useful for weight loss. I use myfintesspal.com.
