Today’s Workout! 1/16/11
I couldn’t get to the gym because of studying and work so I just worked out in my room :)
20 minutes of cardio (jumping jacks, shadow boxing, dancing, anything that will get your heart rate up)
20 push ups
20 chair dips
40 bicep curls
40 squats
40 lunges
80 sit ups
(1 set of 20 to the front, 1 set of 20 to the side, 1 set of 20 to the other side, and another set of 20 to the front)
