I vow everyday to do something to make myself better. To workout, do my hair, makeup, write a great paper, volunteer, or clean up my house. Anything, no matter how small it is. I will propel myself to being a better me. I hope you all will make the same vow.
I’m not talking about running away from the issue. I’m saying lace up your shoes, head out the door, and pick up your feet. There is something calming and enlightening about feeling the wind whip through your hair and over your skin while the sun blankets you. Running gives you perspective and a clear head.
I have not been to the gym in a while and I am not proud of that at all! I have been doing exercises at home and running outside, but I miss weightlifting at the gym!
Also, I decided to not be a vegetarian anymore so now I am looking for new recipes that include lean meats, but off course since I was a vegetarian for so long I fell in love with vegetables and that love is not going away anytime soon :)
