Today I had the urge to drink a super sugary drink, but I had already eaten something sugary today so I fought the urge and now I feel great :)
Btw: Skin tip!! Okay so this might be obvious, but drinking water saved my skin. For the last two weeks I have been gulping down the recommended amount of water each day and my skin has cleared up! It is awesome haha. So yeah if you are not drinking enough water drink!! Because it not only helps your insides, but it helps your skin! I am living proof!
You know what guys. Break ups really suck, but they are also good. I am having a new start and it is going to start with getting myself in the best shape I have ever been in and focusing on myself. I haven’t been single for a very long time and this might be good. I can focus on only my life and a big part of my life is fitness and health. Instead stressing over my boyfriend I can be focusing on cooking a new recipe for me or kicking butt at the gym. Plus I wanna be the hot girlfriend that he is gonna wish he never lost ;)
