Thank you :) Right now I do a number of things and it depends on the day. Some days I do Bodyrock at home, some days I do my own workout (including sit ups, push ups, squats, chair dips), and other days I go to the gym to run and lift weights.
So I just got done with my bodyrock workout today and I am feeling so good afterward! Definitely going to be sore and I did sweat a lot, but it was so worth it. Zuzana is such an inspiration. Okay I’m gonna go shower. See ya! :)
I took a rest day today! I tend to only workout 5-6 times a week and Saturdays or Sundays are usually my rest days, but that changes during the school year. Today was a pretty successful day in regards to eating healthy :) I have noticed a big change in my mood since I have started eating a lot healthier and keep working out regularly. I’m gonna go watch the Titanic and maybe eat some kiwi. See ya :)
